EAT POKÉ

Franz created a new delicious concept for the Eat Poké restaurant chain.

The concept reflects the colorful, fresh food offered by the restaurant. Colors, surface materials and shapes are influenced by the food's country of origin, Hawaii. Eat Poké Iso Omena opened for customers in October 2022 and is the first restaurant designed based to the new concept.
