Lily Lee is inspired by Hong Kong’s street kitchens and classical Cantonese style. Diversity of the fundamental tastes – salty, sweet, sour and bitter and hot are the key elements in Lily’s kitchen and reflected in the design of the space as well. We combined ancient traditions with modern street style elements and created a dark atmospheric space, visually layered to complement the cuisine.
We wanted to relay Lily Lee’s founders and owners Tomi Björck, Serko Rantanen, Ronny Malmberg, Mika Ranin and Minka Björck dedication to craftsmanship and innovation with surprise and charm, and create a space that creates a feeling of familiarity and at the same time continues to surprise the customer every time.
The space is divided into three different areas; bar, lounge and dining and overall maximum capacity for the venue is 250 people.
