GO21

GO21 is the office building of A. Ahlström Kiinteistöt Oy, completed at the end of 2023, in the heart of Tampere. Franz's task in the project was to design the property's general spaces, including entrances, staircases, garages, and to create an inviting and interesting look. Guidance was at the center of the design, alongside the functionality of the interior and the inviting look. The goals of the property's LEED certificate were taken into account in the design.
